Beautiful Gospel Singe, Gifty Osei has threatened to sue the telecommunication whose negligence led to someone squandering her money from royalties.
Empress Gifty Osei in a video posted on social media showed how pained she was as she believed some people around her have chopped her money.
In the video spotted by Showbiz.com.gh, she said: “You don’t know how I produced the song, you didn’t produce the songs and you don’t even know how I had money to record my songs but you could sign and take my royalties, God will punish you”.
But speaking on Kumasi based radio Sika FM manager for Gifty Stephen Kenneth Nakujah threatened to sue the company responsible.
“We are so much not interested in the money aspect but the person who signed the deal with them. They must publicly make him know otherwise we will take the matter to the law court”. Stephen told Tony Montana the host on the weekend show “Flavor Zone”.
According to Stephen, Gifty Osei has officially written to the company and given them a week’s ultimatum to respond.
“We have given them a one-week ultimatum to provide the person who did that. If not we will not sit with them to make any negotiations. Our lawyers have advised us not to talk to them”. Stephen noted
He also urged others to support Gifty Osei’s course to serve as a deterrent to people who cheat artistes in the industry.
