Deloris Frimpong-Manson known worldwide as Delay rarely talks about her assets but she could not hide them this time around when speaking at the 4th edition of International Youth Empowerment Summit (iYes) which started on Wednesday, August 22.
The controversial TV show host sharing her life story to patrons who attended the evening session of the first day mentioned that she never thought Ghanaians would patronize her Delay mackerel. According to her, she used to store the goods in a 2-bedroom apartment she had rented at East Legon when she started manufacturing the product. The outspoken media personality explained that she was living in the same 2-bedroom apartment with the products.
The “Delay Show” host inspiring the patrons with her story continued that she kept some of the products in her bedroom and kitchen because she did not have money to build a factory to stow the products.
Delay at the event opined that many did not take her serious when she started the mackerel business but she has proven them wrong.
The radio personality further disclosed that through hard work, she was able to earn enough to buy the house she rented to store the goods in 2017. Aside from purchasing the building located at East Legon last, Miss Frimpong-Manson added that she also purchased another house the same year making it two only in 2017.
iYes is organised by pastor Brian Amoateng.
