Rapper Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal, says a comment he made that he “might never get married”, was a joke.
According to the rapper, he only wanted to create a buzz on social media.
“I was just kidding. it’s one of them [sic] things. It’s not that deep. It wasn’t for hype either…,” he said on Joy FM’s “Cosmopolitan Mix” with Sammy Forson.
Medikal, who is dating Sister Derby, had hinted that he may remain “single” for life leading to speculations that there may be issues between them.
Medikal and Sister Debby have been dating for about two years now and have faced all sorts of ridicules, especially for their age difference. Medikal is 26, while Sister Derby is 34 years.
Sister Deby, 34, is about eight years older than Medikal, who is 26 years and many people have predicted that their relationship would hit the rock because of the age difference.
