Journalist, blogger, and communication expert, Kwame Gyan says most Ghanaian entertainers pretend to be significant in the entertainment space when they are not.
In a tweet, the journalist cited Ghanaian actress, Rosemond Brown as one of those in the industry, doing all the ‘unnecessary’ things just to become popular.
“It is surely very easy to pretend to be relevant in the Ghanaian entertainment space. Just do a little shegey, social media blesses you with likes and followers and voilà, you feel you are like Osibisa in the 70s and 80s. Case in point, Rosemond Brown,” Kwame Gyan tweeted.
The ‘wannabe’ actress and model, Rosemond Brown took center stage after she stormed the red carpet with what many have described as her semi-nude appearance during the 2018 VGMAs.
She has since been all over social media with various videos of her expressing her disappointment some personalities in the industry for one thing or another, something which seems to be a slogan for her.
From fair warnings to fellow actress and poking her nose into matters that doesn’t concern her, craving to have a one-night stand with Shatta Wale, and better known for her bad grammar which she exhibited at the just ended Golden Movie Awards Africa 2018, Akuapem Polo, as she prefers to be called seems to be on her to become a household name in Ghana.
