He also stressed that there should be fair judgement in the matter as the two should have been called by the police for thorough questioning. He cited that the nursing mother might have provoked the police officer who in turn got fumed and beat her.
“If it were to be in a developed country, the two would be probed to ascertain what really caused such chaos, after judgement is passed and she’s not guilty, that is where people will donate money and items to her in secret but in Ghana, we have passed judgement already; arresting the police officer and leaving the woman behind,” he said.

There was a Social media uproar when a video of a policeman beating the hell out of a woman in a banking hall went viral. The woman according to reports had gone to the bank to withdraw money but after waiting for hours on the back of the excuse that, the network was done, she was asked to go home but she refused, and the bank decided to use the police officer who was guarding the bank to drive her out and that resulted in what we saw in the video.
