Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu somewhere in March disclosed that his acting career suffered serious setbacks due to the handy work of his own friend Kojo Nkansah Liwin.
According to the actor, three of his industry colleagues led by Kwadwo Nkansah(aka Lilwin) led to his downfall in the movie industry claiming they hated him and made terrible remarks about him to many Kumawood movie producers.
Kwaku Manu in his account stressed that the decision by producers to sideline him on the request of his one-time friend, Lilwin has heavily affected his career to date.
“It got a point my name was everywhere but I didn’t have a dime in my account because I was not giving roles by the movie producers. All is because of my own colleagues, including Lilwin,” Kwaku narrated.
Speaking on the Delay Show, Kwaku Manu further revealed that Liwin who was not in talking terms with Odehyeba and Patapaa now Patapeezy went to Afigyase where he[Kwaku Manu] had scheduled to hold an event to also organize a program which coincides with his making him lose all the money he invested.
Now the sidelined actor who made an appearance on the Delay Show this weekend revealed that his fellow actor Liwin will be forgiven and work with him if only he together with his team render an apology to him citing that in Akan custom, an elderly doesn’t render an apology to a child but rather the other way.
