My Comeback Will Be Geared Towards A Serious Campaign Against Drug Abuse – Okomfour Kwadee

Okomfour Kwadee who’s currently in a psychiatric hospital amidst mental illness has made known his plans to produce drug abuse oriented songs.

“When I come back, the message is going to be more about the youth and how to come out of all these drug abuse and street kind of life.”

Born Jerry Anaba, affectionately called known Okomfour Kwadee made the above-mentioned proclamation when a delegation from Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) paid him a surprise visit at “The Willing Ways Foundation” rehabilitation Centre at Kwamo in the Ashanti Region.

Led by Ras Caleb Appiah Levi, the Chairman of the Greater Accra wing of the union (MUSIGA), the delegation donated packs of sachet water, drinks and an undisclosed amount of money to “mentally unstable” Okomfour Kwadee.

The renowned rapper who’s recuperating from mental illness capitalized on the opportunity to ask president Nana Akufo-Addo to improve the state of mental health in the country.

“On behalf of all the people here, I plead on our leaders, especially the President and all the chiefs to help create an awareness for people to stop neglecting those with mental problems. We should all pay attention to such people and let them feel part of society,” Kwadee said.
